Make use of your incoming private messages and chats to cross-sell. When customers make inquiries, make sure to peach your products and use this to convert sales.

Always make sure to get customers to leave a review. This can do wonder for your business. A customers review can be one of the main reason to influence another buyer in buying your products or services.  You can also use reviews as a marketing medium for your business.

Using the data you have about your existing customers to find people just like them can be one of the best ways to increase your online sales. Facebook allows you to do this through the targeting of lookalike audiences. Lookalike audiences on Facebook are users on Facebook who share the same characteristics and behaviors to customers in your database. All you need to do is upload your data to Facebook, which then cross-references its own data to create matches based on the criteria you specify.

4. Provide multiple payment gateway

A payment gateway is really crucial for an online business. Make sure to give your customers many options, the more the better and easier their buying would be. By offering more payment options, including newer services that are becoming increasingly popular on mobile, you’re making it easier for prospects to give you their money. Make sure to cater to not just online payment but offline payment for those that are not comfortable doing online payments.

5. Giveaways

Malaysians love free stuff, who doesnt! In a busiess, you must always have a marketing budget, and having giveaways does fall under that. Run campaigns, that give customers something free upon a minimum purchase, this will build a hype for your business.
